What would 10 hours a week of manual work cost your practice?
Chairside explores intake, reminders, and invoicing through a browser demo. Adjust the calculator assumptions and inspect the workflow examples. No clinical systems are connected.

The work nobody became a dentist to do
New patient intake
An example intake flow connects a form to a patient sheet, welcome email, and front-desk notification. The integration identifiers are placeholders.
No-show chasing
The reminder example reads a schedule and prepares an SMS. Reply handling, duplicate prevention, and production scheduling still need implementation and testing.
Friday invoice ritual
The invoice example sketches a weekly sheet-to-accounting flow. Field mapping, reconciliation, and reliable failure handling require further work.
What is manual work costing you?
Adjust assumptions to compare a scenario. These figures are estimates, not measured savings.
Illustrative package options
Example scope and pricing for discussion. No delivery or support service has been validated by this demo.
Starter
- 1 proposed workflow
- Self-hosting to be evaluated
- Monitoring to be implemented
- Reporting scope to be agreed
Practice OS
- 3 proposed workflows
- Training scope to be agreed
- Support terms to be agreed

The calculator uses 4.33 weeks per month and a $500 monthly fee. It excludes the illustrative $3,500 setup fee, taxes, integration costs, and uncertainty in time saved.
What a pilot would need
A working pilot would need defined inputs, approved integrations, test data, operational ownership, and a measured baseline. This interface and its example JSON files do not establish clinical deployment, compliance, reliability, or financial return.
Three inspectable workflow examples
The JSON examples ship with the source. They need configuration, mapping, and integration testing before use.
New Patient Intake
A webhook, patient-sheet node, welcome-email node, and front-desk notification sketch an intake workflow.
Appointment Reminders
A scheduled sheet lookup, date condition, and SMS node illustrate a reminder flow. Confirmation and rescheduling are not implemented.
Invoice Sync
A weekly trigger, treatment-sheet lookup, invoice node, and unpaid-balance alert illustrate an invoicing flow.
A proposed path to a working pilot
Define the workflow
Agree on a bounded task and measure its current time and failure modes.
Configure integrations
Map fields, choose infrastructure, and establish access and operational ownership.
Test with your team
Use approved test data, simulate errors, and document manual recovery paths.
Evaluate before expanding
Compare observed results with the baseline before making a deployment decision.
Questions about this prototype
What works in the browser?
The calculator, mobile navigation, package selection, template previews, and JSON downloads run locally in the browser. The workflows are not executed by this site.
Are the templates ready to run?
They are illustrative n8n JSON examples with placeholder identifiers and incomplete integration settings. JSON parsing alone does not verify import or execution.
Where is the source?
The repository includes the page, calculator tests, and workflow examples. Review the source and dependency terms before adapting them.
Does this demo handle patient data?
No patient records or clinical systems are connected. The contact form sends a general project inquiry to Formspree; do not include patient information.
